Meet Victoria Heron, Internal Comms expert Insideout Communications

"Intuition and curiosity are at the heart of how I work and I really enjoy blending these with a straightforward approach to making clients communications even better."

Victoria Heron, Founder, Insideout Communications

Hello!

I have always enjoyed understanding organisations on the inside, and for thirty years I’ve been delivering award-winning comms across the full employment landscape, from commercial enterprises such as Capita and retailers such as Co-op through to public sector powerhouses which include the NHS, the Army and the Police.

Comms is is my super power

My superpower - and my passion - is transforming employees into brand ambassadors through insight led communications and targeted employee engagement, even in the most complex and sensitive environments.

My team and I achieve this by producing the strategy and tools to  create clear messaging and connection to your strategic objectives. They can’t be brand ambassadors if they’re not.

WHO WE’VE WORKED WITH

"It was always a delight to work with Victoria. A consummate professional, a sense of humour, and a wealth of insight in marketing and communications. Her professional experience speaks for itself. What is less easy to communicate in a CV or a LinkedIn profile is the energy, enthusiasm, and insight that Victoria brings to her work. She listens carefully, reflects thoughtfully, and then brings her own unique perspective to develop marketing or communications (internal or external) strategy with impact. She is genuine and authentic in her interactions. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria not just for the knowledge and experience she brings but for who she is as a person."
